Why don’t students know their expected learning results?

-i feel student aren't interested in learning it and it is not a recommended thing at school. 

-What solutions should our school use to motivate students to know the ESLRs?  How many students in our school could you estimate to know the ESLRs after following each solution?

-In order to motivate a sudent to remember something you would have to process it in their minds. If you have a student say the eslrs every morning maybe hey would remember them.

-Why is it important for a school (or any organization) to write down the goals that they expect to achieve, before doing work toward that goal?

-it is important because sometimes you have to be reminded upon why you are doing something and why it is important
